This would be an excellent book to read for someone starting out in ministry, as well anyone needing a refresher after years spent working hard on the front line. While some of the application is specific to people in ministry, this is not just a book for church leaders! We all have much to learn about being patient with people, persevering through hard times, and showing humility in our differences.
