The Church Society Annual General Meeting 2020
As permitted by the new Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020, introduced to cater for difficulties caused by the need to socially distance, the Church Society AGM will be held via Zoom this year on Tuesday 11th August 2020 at 1pm. This year’s arrangement will be a one off due to the current situation in relation to Covid-19.
At this meeting we elect our honorary officers and Council, hear various reports, and have a chance to discuss issues of importance to us as a Society. If you are a member of Church Society, please join the Zoom call to exercise your vote and make a contribution.
Please download the official notice of the AGM and the nomination form for those who might wish to stand for election to Council. There are 5 places on Council up for election this year. Those members of Council who retire by rotation this year are eligible to stand for re-election.
