This Christmas, why not give a gift to a pastor whose bookshelf is not already overflowing?

Equipping Pastors Worldwide supports majority world pastors who long to be faithful in serving the Lord Jesus Christ, but who are lacking the training and resources to do so. Their focus is on providing quality training for pastors in expository preaching and providing free books to under-resourced pastors throughout the majority world. We are delighted to have this opportunity to support their work and provide resources to our global brothers and sisters and we are inviting you to join us.

As Church Society, we will be sending a number of books from our stock in the office, but we also want to include a good range of our newer and most popular books. We will be covering the cost of delivery of all the books to Equipping Pastors Worldwide (EPW).

You can add to our donation by purchasing any of the books listed here.* These have been chosen in coversation with EPW to be of greatest use to the recipients. The list includes classic works such as The Principles of Theology by W. H. Griffith Thomas, which uses the Thirty-Nine Articles as a structure for a systematic theology. There are also some of Church Society’s recent bestsellers like Walk This Way and The Blessed Life which are written as guides to basic Christian doctrine, prayer, ethics and church life. Other books are specifically aimed at pastors, exploring different aspects of ministry, such as The Deliberate Pastor and Reach, Build, Send.

To ensure that your books are included in this scheme, please purchase them from this page as a separate order from any other purchases. You will not pay for shipping and nothing will be sent to you! If you have any questions, contact the Church Society office.

*The primary goal of this scheme is to provide books to EPW and we do not anticipate that Church Society will make any profit, but it is just possible that the total purchase price of the books exceeds the amount sent, including our own donated stock and shipping costs, so you should be aware that you may also be supporting Church Society with a small part of your purchase.
