Lee on the Lectionary: Second Sunday after Trinity (Year C)
In all three readings for this coming Sunday we are confronted with true messengers of God who speak the truth and bring blessing to outsiders. The readings can be found here.
As mentioned last week, this is part of our new weekly effort to expound the three main Lectionary readings for each Sunday. It is not, however, a copy of my weekly column in the Church of England Newspaper, which is working through the continuous series permitted by the Lectionary (currently in the midst of a 6 week series in Galatians).
