The
Windsor report, the work of the Lambeth Commission, was released on 18 October
2004.
The Commission was asked to reflect on the legal and theological implications
for the Anglican Communion of the action taken in the USA in appointing an
actively homosexual man as a Bishop and decisions in both the US and Canada
to approve of same-sex unions.
