Church Society will do all that it can to protect your privacy and will only use data relating you in accordance with this policy.

Information will be kept only for as long as required by law or as is relevant and necessary for the purposes for which it is collected.

The Society has technical and security procedures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access to or accidental loss of or destruction or damage to your information.

The Society does not disclose data to third parties except as required by law.

Data collected when ordering or subscribing publications from the site will be held in accordance with the normal practice for financial data. Exceptionally this data may be used to post you details about other publications.

Data collected when applying to be an associate or member of Church Society will be kept by the Society. In the case of members this must be held for at least 20 years and names, addresses and dates of joining/leaving are governed by UK company law.

In any other circumstances where you are required to enter data the uses to which this will be put will be described.
